Abstract

In order to improve the ecological benefits of forest resources, an accounting model for the ecological benefits of forest resources based on green development has been constructed. First, the value of water, soil, fixed carbon, and biological resources in the forest based on the statistical data of forest resources in the past was calculated. Then, using accounting models and data envelopment analysis (DEA), the original data of my country’s forest resources secondary industry was analyzed and calculated and the location index of forest resources in each province was obtained. In addition, the total energy consumption and felling and industrial wastewater discharge of the forest secondary industry in each province were also calculated. Finally, a forest resource ecological benefit accounting model under green development to analyze the ecological efficiency of China’s forest resources was built. Experiments show that the model is simple to operate and has high accuracy.
