Samenvatting

Wij hebben een pilotonderzoek verricht naar de inzet van zorgvrijwilligers bij cliënten met een ondersteuningsbehoefte op sociaal-emotioneel vlak. Samenwerking met eerstelijnshulpverleners, Sociaal team en gemeente bleek lastig. Daarentegen waren vrijwilligers en cliënten in het algemeen positief over ons initiatief.

Abstract

We performed a pilot study into the role of care-volunteers for clients in need of socio-emotional support. Cooperation with primary caregivers, district-teams and relevant agencies of the municipality appeared to be difficult. Care-volunteers and clients, however, were generally positive.
