Abstract

As part of an ongoing taxonomic study of the genus Deyeuxia, typifications for 12 names belonging to subtribe Agrostidinae from South America are presented here. A neotype for Bromidium rigescens var. brevifolium is herein designated. Eleven names belonging to the genera Agrostis, Calamagrostis, and Deyeuxia are lectotypified. Epitypes for Calamagrostis heterophylla var. robustior and Deyeuxia velutina are designated.
