Zusammenfassung

Die Bearbeitung von Träumen in der Psychodramatherapie ist seit J.L. Moreno ‚state of the art‘. Dadurch wird die innere Welt sichtbar, geht über das unmittelbar Erfahrbare hinaus und schafft damit eine Surplus Reality. Da es keine einheitliche Theorie über die Entstehung der Träume im Psychodrama gibt, haben sich, aufbauend auf unterschiedlichen Konzepten, auch verschiedene Formen der Inszenierung entwickelt. In diesem Beitrag werden einige dieser Konzepte und unterschiedliche Formen der Traumbearbeitung dargestellt und diese zu aktuellen Erkenntnissen der Neurowissenschaft in Beziehung gesetzt. In diesem Vergleich wird festgestellt, dass die theoretischen Überlegungen zur Funktion und Entwicklung von Träumen für die Bearbeitung eine eher untergeordnete Rolle spielen. Außerdem scheint es sinnvoll, dass einzelne Interventionen nicht automatisch, sondern nach Abwägung der speziellen Umstände angewendet werden. Insgesamt bietet das Psychodrama auch aus der Sicht der Neurowissenschaften eine geeignete Möglichkeit, Träume für den psychotherapeutischen Prozess nutzbar zu machen.

Abstract

Working with dreams in psychodrama therapy has been state of the art since J.L. Moreno. The inner world becomes visible and a surplus reality is created. Since there is no consistent theory about the origin and meaning of dreams in psychodrama various concepts and different ways of enactment have been developed. In this contribution some of these concepts and practical dream work are described. They are compared with some new developments in neurosciences. It turned out that the theoretical considerations regarding the function and origin of dreams play a rather inferior role. Some psychodramatic interventions should not be applied automatically but need certain considerations. From the point of view of neurosciences psychodrama seems to be a suitable method to work with dreams in order to support the psychotherapeutic process.
