This correction stands to correct the original article. The caption for Fig. 27 references 10 km vertical sampling for green, but actually the plot shows results for 5 km vertical sampling. Readers are asked to note Fig. 27 as noted herein:
Median wind precision derived from Data Product 2.2 using two years of data. The values reported in the data product are adjusted to 30 km sampling for red and 5 km sampling for green, and for 500 km horizontal sampling (i.e., 60-sec temporal sampling), in order to compare with requirements
