This article presents an analysis of long-term deformation surveys of a seven-story residential building located on a site over a filled-in ravine tributary. The results of geodetic monitoring and computer simulation of the joint load of the building, its foundation slab, and the ground were used in the justification of measures necessary for ensuring accident-free operation of the building.
