Influence of Ferritization Temperature on Phase Composition, Structural Characteristics and Magnetic Properties of NiFe2O4 Ferrimagnets Synthesized by Sol-Gel Combustion

  • Published:
Russian Physics Journal Aims and scope

The NiFe2O4 ferrite powders are synthesized at different ferritization temperatures using a sol-gel method. An analysis of their phase composition, structural characteristics and magnetic properties is performed. It is revealed that additional ferritization leads to an increase in the content of the target phase of the synthesized ferrites. The values of specific saturation magnetization, coercive force, anisotropy fields and Curie temperature are determined.
