Edge Luminescence of Diamonds at Temperatures from 80 to 800 K

The paper studies the temperature decay of the edge luminescence of diamonds synthesized by the temperature gradient method in the temperature range from 80 to 800 K. It has been shown that the temperature dependence of the exciton peak at 235 nm changes depending on the quality of the diamond sample.
