The effects of interaction of spinning particles with the intrinsic angular momentum (the spin) described by the Dirac equation with a vortex gravitational field are considered. It has been shown that the interaction of massive Dirac particles with the vortex gravitational field leads to the precession of their spin around the rotation axis of the vortex gravitational field. In the case of massless particles, their spin is set along the rotation axis and remains constant, that is, the spin of the Dirac massless particles indicates the direction of the rotation axis of the vortex gravitational field.
