The CF2HCl and CF2Cl2 molecules upon multiphoton excitation are investigated by the method of Raman light scattering spectroscopy at frequencies of fundamental transitions. It is demonstrated that essentially nonequilibrium energy distribution of molecules is formed in the process of excitation. Physical parameters characterizing this distribution are determined.
