Di(4,5,6,7-tetrafluorobenzothiazol-2-yl) disulfide, obtained by oxidation of 2-mercapto-4,5,6,7-tetrafluorobenzothiazole, readily reacts with aliphatic and alicyclic amines to form the corresponding sulfenyl amides.
