Abstract

The effect exerted by the anion of Pb and Zn salts on the thermal evolution of the structure of polymetallosiloxanes formed by base-catalyzed (NH4OH) hydrolytic polycondensation of ethyl silicate with zinc(II) or lead(II) salts was studied.
