The synthesis of N-(6-X-7-methyl-5-oxo-5 H-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-2-yl)diazo-18-crown-6 is described. The antibacterial activity and acute toxicity of the obtained compound were investigated.
