A method for determining constant C in the Hollomon parameter

  • Published:
Metal Science and Heat Treatment Aims and scope

A method for determining constant C in the Hollomon temperature-time parameter is suggested, which ensures the highest correlation between the properties of a material and this parameter. The use of this value of C improves approximation of experimental data and accuracy of prediction.
