A variational method of estimating the total measurement error of microwave-circuit analyzers

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

A variational method of estimating the total measurement error of microwave-circuit analyzers is considered. The method is based on the variation of the instrumental errors of the analyzer with respect to their confidence intervals, provided that the measurable and measured quantities are related by its mathematical model.
