Study of the eddy current method for measuring the humidity of loose materials during their production examination

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

The eddy current method is tested and an inductive transducer of special construction is designed for a rapid humidity meter for loose materials having bonded moisture. The structural layout of the humidity meter is provided and it is shown that measurement results do not depend on active losses in the induction coil.
