Heat treatment technology for roll billets of steel 150KhNM for improving their quality and operating life

An optimum production scheme is developed and assimilated at the ChMK for preparation of roll billets of steel 150KhNM in order to provide high operating properties. Heat treatment technology is developed for roll billets of in-house production, metal properties (hardness, microstructure) are studied after different versions of heat treatment, and scrapping of billets for cracks during production is excluded.
