Lachman Mulchand Khubchandani is a professor of linguistics who has taught at many institutions and worked as a language planning consultant at UNESCO and the East–West Center, Honolulu. He is Founder-Director of the Centre for Communication Studies at Pune and presently Consultant to the C-DAC (Centre for the Development of Advance Computing) at Pune.
