Interaction of Ultrasonic SH-Polarization Waves with Two-Dimensional Strain Fields in a Plane Layer

Within the framework of the previously developed mathematical model of propagation of weak elastic perturbations in nonuniformly strained elastic continua, we formulate a stationary problem of interaction of ultrasonic SH-polarization waves with an elastic layer in the state of plane deformation. The problem is solved by the iterative method. We study the influence of the parameters of plane deformation in the mean-integral approximation on the processes of reflection and refraction of waves in the “elastic half space –layer–elastic half space” system.
