Abstract
The current–voltage characteristics (CVC) of Y-Ba-Cu-O films, in which the critical current density Jc decreases with increase their thickness, are analyzed. It was established that the CVC of the films is described by a power function E~JN, and power exponent—N increases linearly with increasing Jc.
