Abstract
We investigated the effects of Ag added Sr0.9La0.1TiO3 ceramics prepared via a hydrothermal method and sintering. The results indicate that Ag addition is an efficient way to enhance its thermoelectric properties. The maximum thermoelectric figure-of-merit, ZT, is 0.20 at 955 K for x=0.15 sample.
