In the original article, information pertaining to ethical approval and informed consent was not included in sufficient detail. The author has included the information below. The error has no implication for the analysis or reported results.

Ethical Approval The Ethics Committee of the Faculty of Humanities, University of Pretoria, approved all the procedures used in the study. All procedures performed in the study were in accordance with the ethical standards of the institutional research committee and with the 1964 Helsinki declaration and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards.

Informed Consent Informed consent was obtained from the parents of all participating children.
