Wide-Band Interference Filters With Suppression of the 5th–7th-Order Reflection Bands

  • Published:
Journal of Applied Spectroscopy Aims and scope

Abstract

We have investigated the influence of the dispersion of optical constants on the spectral properties of multilayer interference systems, in the spectral characteristics of which the suppression of the high-reflection bands of the 5th, 6th, and 7th orders is observed. Examples of realization of synthesized interference filters are given, and special features of their manufacturing are considered.
