The assessment of cyclic river flow fluctuations of the Angara – Yenisei and Volga – Kama cascades was performed to reveal the streamflow variation patterns of the Angara, Yenisei, Volga, and Kama rivers, which can be further used to optimize the operating conditions of the hydroelectric power plants located within these cascades.
