Aphysical-and-mathematical model of the counter of the remaining life of convection and platen superheaters based on standard measurements of steam conditions is presented. The model is based on the equations of heat transfer to steam, thermal conduction, high-temperature oxidation resistance, and stress-rupture of boiler steels. The calculated results on the life of the high-pressure convective superheater of TGMP-314 once-through boiler are presented.
