Atomic-Force Microscopy Study of Cotton Cloth Modified by Silver Nanoparticles

  • Published:
Fibre Chemistry Aims and scope

The qualitative and quantitative content of silver in cotton cloth was studied by atomic-force microscopy. The number of nanoparticles per square micrometer of cloth was shown. The lateral and vertical sizes of the particles were determined. Their shape and number of particle aggregates were found.
