In S5 in Figure 1, \(x\) approaches \({x}_{0}\), not \(h\) approaches zero. Therefore, S5 should read as

$$f'\left(x_0\right)=\lim_{x\rightarrow x_0}\frac{f\left(x\right)-f(x_0)}{x-x_0}$$
