A New Aliphatic Alcohol Glycoside and Other Constituents from the Whole Plants of Lomatogonium rotatum

  • Published:
Chemistry of Natural Compounds Aims and scope

One new aliphatic alcohol glycoside (1), together with eight known compounds (2-9) were isolated from the whole plant of Lomatogonium rotatum (L.) Fr. Their structures were established from spectroscopic data (1D, 2D NMR, and HR-ESI-MS) and comparison with the literature. Among them, compounds 2, 3 and 8, 9 were reported from the Gentianaceae family for the first time, compounds 4–7 had not been reported previously from the genus Lomatogonium.
