A New Pueroside from Pueraria lobata

A new constituent, named (4R)-6′′′′ -O-sinapoylpueroside B (1), was isolated from the dried roots of Pueraria lobata (Willd.) Ohwi. The structure of 1 was identified by HR-ESI-MS, UV, IR, 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and CD spectra. Compound 1 was evaluated for the inhibitory activity against PTP1B in vitro and showed no obvious activity.
