HPLC investigation of triglycerides from plants of the Lamiaceae family

Abstract

The advantages and disadvantages of HPLC investigations of triglycerides of seed oil from plants of the Lamiaceae family were discussed. Special attention was paid to triglycerides formed from laballenic acid.
