The original version of this article unfortunately contained a graphical mistake in Table 4. Table 4 shows a list of performance metrics associated to the DSM1, DSM2, DSM3, and DSM4 methods proposed in the paper. Due to a production problem, this table does not display the necessary vertical dividing lines required to distinguish the four methods. The original Table 4 intended for publication is given in this erratum. The original article has been corrected.
