Abstract
It is proposed effective pulse resolution algorithms for the detectors with Gaussian-like signal shape. It was shown that supperresolution efficiency of the parametric algorithm is attained the Cramer-Rao limit. Some examples are presented for silicon dreft detector used at CERES/NA45 experiment.
