The published version of the article was missing a column header in Table 2 and only listed “Girls (n=3,187)” but did not label the first column “Boys (n=7,681)”. This has been corrected with the erratum. To ensure similar formatting errors did not occur again in the process of publication, the author also unmerged one row in Table 3.
