Experimental Determination of Conditions for Existence of a Bimodal Temporal Distribution of a Laser Pulse Passing through a Homogeneous Layer of a Highly Scattering Biological Medium

Experimental research into conditions for observation of separation of ballistic and scattered components of tem-poral distribution (bimodality effect) of ultrashort laser pulses passed through a homogeneous layer of model high scattering biological medium is discussed. The range of existence of bimodal temporal distribution for three values of layer thickness was determined.
