In Samoa, feminine males who are sexually attracted to masculine adult males (men) are referred to as fa’afafine (Vasey & VanderLaan, 2021).
In the Istmo region of Oaxaca, Mexico, feminine males who are sexually attracted to masculine adult males (men) are referred to as muxe gunaa (Gómez Jiménez & Vasey, 2021).
