Segment A: neurological examination before treatment. The video demonstrates fixed dystonia of the right lower foot, short-step gait with long-duration freezing of gait, ideomotor apraxia, limb rigidity and bradykinesia. At cranial level, the video shows increased blinking and divergent strabismus in the left eye. Segment B: neurological examination after 5 days methylprednisolone. The patient is able to walk without assistance with short-duration freezing of gait. (WMV 10,018 kb)
