Gemeinsamens Positionspapier zur praktischen Umsetzung der Zusatzweiterbildung „Klinische Akut- und Notfallmedizin“ in der Kinder- und Erwachsenenmedizin

Zusammenfassung

Die Zusatzweiterbildung „Klinische Akut- und Notfallmedizin“ ist mittlerweile in allen Landesärztekammern umgesetzt. Die meisten Weiterbildungsinhalte sind altersunabhängig formuliert. In Abhängigkeit vom originären Fachgebiet können sich jedoch bezüglich einzelner Weiterbildungsinhalte Probleme in der Umsetzung ergeben.Einerseits kann es dabei innerhalb von Notaufnahmen im Bereich der Kindermedizin zu Schwierigkeiten mit dem Erwerb einzelner Weiterbildungsinhalte (wie z.B. gynäkologische und geburtshilfliche Notfälle, Notfälle bei geriatrischen Patienten) kommen, während andererseits in Zentralen Notaufnahme ohne Versorgung von Kindern die „spezifischen pädiatrischen“ Inhalte (Versorgung von Kindern, Neugeborenenversorgung usw.) nicht ausreichend abgebildet werden können.Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für interdisziplinäre Notfall- und Akutmedizin (DGINA) und die Deutsche Interdisziplinären Vereinigung für Intensiv- und Notfallmedizin (DIVI) haben deshalb ein Positionspapier konsentiert, welches diese Problematik thematisiert.Zum Erwerb der Weiterbildung sollten Rotationen im Rahmen von Kooperationsvereinbarungen erfolgen, um alle Inhalte der Weiterbildungsordnung vollumfänglich abzudecken. Mit der einheitlichen Umsetzung der genannten Anforderungen auf Länderebene würde der Zugang zur Zusatzweiterbildung für alle Fachgebiete klar geregelt werden.

Abstract

The medical specialty training “Clinical Acute and Emergency Medicine” is now implemented in all state medical associations. Most of the training content is formulated independently of age. Depending on the original specialty, however, problems may arise in the implementation of individual training contents. On the one hand, within emergency departments in the field of pediatrics, there may be difficulties with the acquisition of individual training content (such as gynecological and obstetric emergencies, emergencies in geriatric patients), while on the other hand, in central emergency departments without care for children, the “specific pediatric” content (care for children, newborn care, etc.) cannot be adequately represented. The German Society for Interdisciplinary Emergency and Acute Medicine (DGINA) and the German Interdisciplinary Association of Critical Care and Emergency Medicine (DIVI) have therefore agreed on a position paper that addresses this problem. For the acquisition of this medical specialty training, rotations should take place within the framework of cooperation agreements in order to fully cover all contents of the further training regulations. Uniform implementation of the above-mentioned requirements would clearly regulate access to additional training for all specialties.
