Abstract
In [4], the authors proved that the simple group \(\mathrm {PSL}(2,p)\) is uniquely determined by its order and its largest and the second largest irreducible character degrees. In this paper, we prove that the simple group \(\mathrm {PSL}(2,p)\) is uniquely determined by its order and the second largest irreducible character degrees.
