Abstract
A Boundary Element for 3-D elastodynamic analysis is introduced in detail. The method uses a new generation of the Stokes fundamental solutions that utilize the B-spline family of polynomials. The integration techniques of the boundary element kernels are also discussed for both the singular and non-singular cases. A number of numerical examples are presented for the validation of the proposed methodology.
