I would like to correspond and share ideas on the publication “Cutaneous manifestations of COVID-19: report of three cases [1].” Chaabane et al. concluded that “Cutaneous manifestations have rarely been described as the first clinical manifestation in patients with this infection [1].” In fact, atypical clinical presentation, including cutaneous lesion, is not uncommon among COVID-19 but it is usually under recognized [2]. Regarding skin lesions in COVID-19, there are various forms [3]. Sometimes, the lesions are missed diagnosed as other problem [4]. It is necessary that practitioner has to investigate for possible COVID-19 in any patients presenting with unexplained cutaneous lesions.
