The original version of this article unfortunately contained a mistake. The two protein bands in Figure 3, GAPDH associated with p-p38 and the Histone H3 associated with NF-kB p65, were incorrectly used.

Administration of BE inhibited the MAPK/NF-κB pathway in gastric injury mouse models. Mice were gavaged with 50 mg/(kg body weight) BE for 7 days, subjected to gavage with LPS 20 μg/day for 3 consecutive days and then subjected to pyloric ligation for 1 day. The expression levels of p-ERK1/2, p-JNK, p-p38, p-IκBα, IκBα, and nuclear p65 were detected with western blotting assays. “*” represents P < 0.05 vs. Control group. “#” represents P < 0.05 vs. LPS group
