4. Informationen zur Erstellung dieser Leitlinie

Es handelt sich um eine neue Leitlinie.

Eine Leitliniengruppe aus 7 Experten/innen, 2 Patientenvertretern/innen und dem Koordinator/Moderator hat in einer Videokonferenz am 19.05.2022 anhand eines schriftlichen Vorschlages von Prof. Tim Krohne den Aufbau der Leitlinie und die Kernaussagen diskutiert und konsentiert.

Diese neue Version wurde in einer Konsultationsphase etwa 50 Augenärzten/innen des DOG-Gesamtpräsidiums, des RG-Vorstandes und des erweiterten BVA-Vorstandes mit der Möglichkeit zur Kommentierung und Einbringung von Änderungswünschen vorgelegt.

Die eingegangenen Kommentare wurden von der Leitliniengruppe in einer Videokonferenz am 04.08.2022 geprüft und ggf. entsprechende Änderungen an der Leitlinie vorgenommen.

Danach wurde die Leitlinie vom geschäftsführenden Präsidium der DOG und den Vorständen von RG und BVA freigegeben.

Die Freigabe durch die AWMF erfolgte.
5. Redaktionelle Unabhängigkeit
5.1 Finanzierung der Leitlinie
Der Leitlinienprozess wurde nicht finanziell unterstützt.
5.2 Darlegung von Interessen und Umgang mit Interessenkonflikten
Die potenziellen Interessenkonflikte der Mitglieder der Leitliniengruppe wurden über das aktuell gültige AWMF-Formblatt abgefragt. Die Erklärungen wurden durch den Leitlinienkoordinator Prof. Bernd Bertram im Hinblick auf das Vorliegen eines thematischen Bezugs zur Leitlinie und auf geringe, moderate und hohe Interessenkonflikte bewertet. Als geringer Interessenkonflikt wurden Vortragstätigkeiten zum Thema der Leitlinie allgemein gewertet. Als moderater Interessenkonflikt wurden Advisory Board, Beratertätigkeit und Drittmittel in verantwortlicher Position von/für Firmen, die Produkte, die in der Leitlinie relevant sind, herstellen, gewertet. In dem Fall eines thematischen Bezuges zu Aussagen in der Leitlinie (OCT) erfolgte eine Stimmenthaltung im Konsensusprozess. Als protektive Faktoren, die einer Verzerrung durch Interessenkonflikte entgegenwirken, kann die Diskussion zum Umgang mit Interessenkonflikten zu Beginn von Konferenzen angesehen werden. Die Auswertung der potenziellen Interessenkonflikte wurde den Mitgliedern der Leitliniengruppe mitgeteilt und in der Leitliniengruppe besprochen.
Die potenziellen Interessenkonflikte von Herrn Prof. Bertram wurden von Herrn Prof. Alexander Schuster, Mainz, bewertet.
Der Leitlinienprozess wurde nicht finanziell unterstützt. Die entstehenden Kosten wurden aus Mitgliedsbeiträgen von DOG und BVA bezahlt. Eine inhaltliche Beeinflussung durch die Geldgeber fand nicht statt.
6. Externe Begutachtung und Verabschiedung
Die Leitlinie wurde vom geschäftsführenden Präsidium der DOG am 19.09.2022, dem Vorstand der RG am 23.08.2022 und dem Vorstand des BVA am 23.08.2022 verabschiedet.
7. Gültigkeitsdauer und Aktualisierungsverfahren

Im Folgenden sind die Interessenerklärungen als tabellarische Zusammenfassung dargestellt sowie die Ergebnisse der Interessenkonfliktbewertung und Maßnahmen, die nach Diskussion der Sachverhalte von der der LL-Gruppe beschlossen und im Rahmen der Konsensuskonferenz umgesetzt wurden (Tab. 4).
