Zusammenfassung

Eine 69-jährige Patientin wurde mit einer einseitigen Optikusatrophie und deutlicher Sehverschlechterung vorgestellt. Das Gesichtsfeld zeigte nicht nur einen subtotalen Ausfall am betroffenen Auge, sondern auch einen Gesichtsfeldausfall am Partnerauge. Der Gesichtsfeldausfall wies auf ein Anterior-Junction-Syndrom hin. Eine kranielle MRT deckte ein großes Tuberculum-sellae-Meningeom auf, das neurochirurgisch reseziert wurde.

Abstract

A 69-year-old female patient presented with unilateral optic nerve atrophy and visual loss. The visual field examination showed not only a subtotal visual field loss in the affected eye but also a visual field defect in the other eye which was classified as an anterior junction syndrome. Cranial MRI revealed a tuberculum sellae meningioma which was treated surgically.
