Abstract
Craniofacial clefts are rare, but devastating deformities with several classification schemes, e.g., American Association of Cleft Palate Rehabilitation [1], Karfik [2], Van der Meulen et al. [3], and Tessier [4]. Because it is necessary to appreciate the relationship of skeletal deformity and soft tissue involvement, Tessier’s classification of a numerical system around the orbit has gained popular acceptance. A patient with an unusual deformity which may be a number 10 cleft is presented.
