The Editor has retracted this article. After publication, it was brought to the attention of the Editor that Fig. 1 of this article is identical to Fig. 1 of a previously published article [1] from the same author group. Figure 1 is the central content of the two articles.
Renato De Vecchis, Carmelina Ariano, Angelos Rigopoulos, and Michel Noutsias have not responded to any correspondence from the publisher about this retraction.
