Owing to an error in typesetting during the publication process, two footnotes are incorrect in Table 2. In the text, the 95% confidence intervals for the interindividual variability (IIV) in apparent oral clearance \({\left( {{\left( {\eta _{i} } \right)}_{{CL/F}} } \right)}\) and apparent volume of distribution \({\left( {{\left( {\eta _{i} } \right)}_{{V/F}} } \right)}\) bear footnotes marked ‘b’ and ‘†’, respectively. These should both have been marked as having been calculated from NONMEM standard errors, which is footnote ‘f’.
