Sections 5.2.2, 5.2.3, 5.3, 5.4 are to be disregarded. They partly followed arguments in an unpublished manuscript that included [2], and are incorrect concerning the massive analysis, as pointed out to me by Bostelmann, Cadamuro and Sanders, see also [1]. However, Theorem 5.13 and Corollary 5.14 hold true in the \(m = 0\) case.
