Zusammenfassung

Wird bei der Gammanagelosteosynthese entgegen den standardisierten technischen Vorgaben die Antirotationsschraube nicht eingebracht, kann es zur Dislokation der Schenkelhalsschraube kommen. In den sehr seltenen Fällen einer Migration in das kleine Becken kann dies letale Folgen haben.

Abstract

If the standard technical guidelines are ignored so that the antirotation screw is not correctly placed during gamma nail osteosynthesis, dislocation of the hip screw is possible. In the rare cases of migration into the pelvis, the consequences may be lethal.
