Abstract

A low-voltage, fully differential MOSFET-C relaxation voltage-controlled oscillator for the frequency tuning of filters is proposed. The oscillator is capable of self-startup and provides well-controlled amplitude. The performance of this circuit is demonstrated by simulation results.
