Summary

In the organs of a 27 year old man who had died suddenly with prior symptoms of an acute intoxication (nausea, vomiting, loss of consciousness and convulsions), approximately 4 gm of chloroquine were detected, calculated on the basis of total weight of soft tissue. The concentration of the substance was particularly high in the liver.

In den Organen eines 27jährigen Mannes, der unter akuten Intoxikationszeichen (übelkeit, Erbrechen, Bewu\tlosigkeit, Krämpfe) plötzlich verstorben war, fanden sich auf das Gesamtgewicht der Weichteile berechnet etwa 4 g Chloroquin. Besonders hoch war dabei die Wirkstoffkonzentration in der Leber.
